About Samuel

I am a Personal Trainer based in Bournemouth near Christchurch, UK, with a practical approach to fitness that extends beyond physical training. My mission is to inspire individuals through personal achievement and the exhilaration of crossing the finish line. Specialising in race preparation, I provide bespoke running programmes and offer unique support by running alongside my clients. Leveraging extensive experience in competitive running, I prioritise safety and efficiency to maximise success and minimise risk of injury. With a background enriched by multiple marathons, ultra-marathons, and Spartan races, my approach is informed by firsthand knowledge of what it takes to achieve ambitious fitness goals. Together, we embark on a rewarding journey towards continuous growth and the realisation of your personal fitness visions.

With years of running and racing experience under my belt, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. I teach efficient running techniques, mobility exercises for strengthening, cardio endurance exercises, and stretches specifically beneficial for runners.
